Duval Cohousing

Designed for three families to occupy one lot in Central Austin, this three-unit, four-building project is physically and functionally centered around a shared, central, communal building for the family's to congregate in. Inspired by the Radish project in Oakland, the owner's hired Plural to help design a development that could support a slower, more casually-social, less auto-oriented, more sustainable lifestyle. Two existing structures are retained on the property, and two new ones added.
