Blackshear House

Emerging from the sloping ground from the back of a 1930's bungalow, this house embraces the challenges of it's constraints. Together with its existing counterpart, the new half of the structure forms a duplex: establishing new living quarters for a family that wanted independence but connectivity to their original home.
