This development is composed of four new homes that span two topographical lots in East Austin. Home sizes range from 1,000 - 2,000 sq ft, allowing owners in different places of life to occupy the same lot. A goal of this project is to provide each home with intentional outdoor space in form of covered patios, small yards, and parking strategies that don't overwhelm these experiences.
